💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy — Villasita Resort, Kasauli

Effective Date: October 2025

1. Individual Bookings

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• No refunds for no-shows, early check-outs, or unused nights.

2. Group, Wedding & Corporate Bookings

• All wedding, event, and corporate bookings are strictly non-refundable, regardless of notice period.
• Any additional event-related services (décor, catering, entertainment, etc.) once confirmed are fully chargeable.

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds (for individual stays only) are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

4. Booking Modifications

Date changes may be permitted once, subject to management approval and room availability.
