Welcome to Villasita Resort, Kasauli. By making a booking or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Payment

• Reservations are confirmed only upon full or partial advance payment.
• All rates are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• The resort reserves the right to modify rates or offers at any time without prior notice.

2. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
• A valid government ID must be presented at check-in for all guests.

3. Resort Policies

• No pets are allowed on the premises.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Guests are responsible for their belongings; the resort is not liable for loss of valuables not stored in the safety locker.
• Any damage to property or amenities caused by guests will be charged at replacement or repair value.

4. Weddings, Events & Corporate Bookings

• A non-refundable advance is required to secure all wedding and corporate event bookings.
• Cancellations for these events are strictly non-refundable, regardless of notice period.
• Venue allocation, vendor approvals, and setup timings must comply with resort guidelines.
• The resort reserves the right to restrict activities that may disturb other guests or violate safety norms.

5. Force Majeure

The resort shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen events beyond control (natural calamities, lockdowns, strikes, government regulations, etc.).

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability of Villasita Resort is limited to the booking value. The resort shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
